SRSA – Sport and Recreation South Africa – is the national governmental department responsible for sport and recreation. It is located in central Pretoria, with a parliamentary office in Cape Town.

It’s vision  is to help create an active and winning nation.

It strives to improve the quality of life of all South Africans, foster social cohesion and enhance nation building by maximizing access, development and excellence at all levels of participation in sport and recreation.
